Your Winter Arc: Stop Chasing Goals, Start Becoming Who You Want to Be

When thinking about your Winter Arc, it’s easy to get stuck on where to focus. We tend to overcomplicate things. We start with one goal that’s really important to us, and then fill the rest of our list with smaller things that would be nice to accomplish but don’t necessarily move us closer to the person we want to become.

I believe the key to success in this final sprint of the year is focus and intention. Choose a few things that truly matter to you, and get incredibly specific about where you want to be.

Ask yourself: Who is the person I want to become?

What does that version of you look like? How does she or he show up every day? Where do they go? What do they eat? How do they spend their time? What do they think about? What habits and routines shape their life?

We all have a running list of things we’d like to improve. But there’s something incredibly powerful about creating a clear vision of who you want to become. Not who other people expect you to be. Not who you think you should be. But the person you genuinely want to be.

That’s where the transformation begins.

So, as you embark on your Winter Arc, I challenge you to think bigger. Get specific about the person you want to become, and then build the habits that support that vision.

Make your goals bold. Make them adventurous. Give yourself something exciting to work toward. This isn’t about filling a checklist with small accomplishments. It’s about creating meaningful change in your life.

The question isn’t just what do you want to accomplish before 2027. It’s who do you want to be when you get there?

I’d love to hear what you’re focusing on and how you’re kicking off your Winter Arc. Share your goals below. Let’s make these final months count!
