Happy Day 30 of the Reset Challenge. We made it. ❤️
Thirty days ago, I started this challenge because I wanted to reset. I wanted to feel more focused, more disciplined, more intentional, and honestly, just a little more like myself again.
And over the last 30 days, I did exactly that.
I moved my body. I ate better. I read. I drank more water. I prioritized sleep. I cleaned and organized my home. I got rid of things I no longer needed. I spent time thinking about my finances, my goals, my career, my routines, and what I want the next chapter of my life to look like.
But I think the biggest thing I gained from these 30 days wasn’t something I could check off a list.
It was momentum.
There were days when I felt incredibly motivated and days when I absolutely did not. There were things I accomplished, things I changed along the way, and a few goals that I’m carrying with me into the next sprint. And that’s okay. The goal was never perfection. The goal was to show up.
Thirty days of consistently choosing yourself starts to change the way you see yourself.
You realize that you can keep promises to yourself. You can change your habits. You can clean up areas of your life that have gotten messy. You can start again without needing some huge life event to give you permission.
And maybe most importantly, you don’t have to completely reinvent your life to change it. Sometimes you just need to make a few better choices every day and give them enough time to add up.
So today, I’m celebrating. I’m proud of what I accomplished, and I’m also excited to loosen the reins a little bit. The next sprint will have more flexibility, more balance, and some bigger goals. I’m taking everything that worked during these 30 days with me, while leaving a little more room for life to happen.
If you’ve been doing this challenge alongside me, take a minute today and really acknowledge what you’ve done. Don’t immediately move the goalpost. Don’t focus only on what you didn’t finish.
Look at who you were 30 days ago.
Look at what you’ve changed.
And then ask yourself one question:
What would happen if I kept going?
Because Day 30 isn’t really the end.
It’s just proof that we’re ready for what’s next. ❤️
