Day 29: The Final Saturday ✨

Happy Day 29 of the Reset Challenge! This is officially our last Saturday, and it’s an excellent opportunity to put some final energy into the goals and habits we’ve been building over the last month.

Think about everything we’ve worked on over these 29 days. We’ve toned our bodies, eaten better, prioritized sleep, cleaned up our spaces, created healthier routines, and most importantly, practiced showing up for ourselves consistently.

You should feel immensely proud of yourself.

I’ve talked a little about what comes next, and after taking a week to rest and regroup, I’ll be starting my next sprint on Labor Day and running it through early December.

But this one is going to look a little different.

This 30-day challenge was about discipline. The next sprint is going to be about balance and sustainability. I still want structure and ambitious goals, but I also want a little more softness and flexibility built into the process.

Here’s what I’m thinking:

Writing: Instead of posting every day, I’ll be sharing blog posts twice a week. They’ll be longer, more thoughtful, and hopefully give me the space to dig deeper into what I’m learning.

💪 Fitness: I’m ready to incorporate some higher-intensity workouts, but I’m not setting a rigid number of days each week. I want the freedom to adjust based on my schedule, travel, energy, and what my body needs.

📚 Daily habits: Reading, drinking plenty of water, prioritizing sleep, and the small routines I’ve built this month are staying. These are the habits that have started to feel less like goals and more like part of my life.

🌿 Health: I’ve lost about eight pounds this month, which I’m incredibly happy with. I’d still like to lose another five to ten, but I’m giving myself some flexibility while I figure out exactly where I feel my best rather than chasing one specific number.

💰 Spending: This is where I’m actually becoming more disciplined. From September through early December, I’m planning to eliminate personal purchases and focus on deep saving. I have some bigger long-term financial goals I want to prioritize, plus an exciting trip to Thailand coming up in December that I’d love to have plenty of spending money set aside for.

These are only a few pieces of what I’m planning for the next sprint, but this weekend is a great time for all of us to start thinking:

What do I want the next season of my life to look like?

We’ll take a week between challenges to rest, regroup, and enjoy everything we accomplished. Then it’s time to start again, this time with a little more balance, a little more flexibility, and all the lessons we learned during these 30 days.

One more day. Let’s finish strong. 🤍
