Happy Day 20 of the Reset. 🤍
It’s interesting what starts to come up when you give yourself enough time and space to really reflect.
At this point in the month, I’ve been thinking less about what I’ve accomplished and more about where I still need support, growth, and courage. A few things have come up for me, and I think we’ll explore them more as the month continues, especially because I already have some ideas brewing for September.
But one thing in particular keeps coming up: finding my voice.
It feels a little ironic to say that while I’m here writing to all of you and sharing pieces of my life. But finding my true voice, trusting that what I know has value, and feeling confident enough to share it is something I still struggle with.
And it made me wonder: What parts of ourselves are we still keeping hidden?
We’ve spent this reset talking about our health, beauty, homes, organization, finances, routines, and all of the tangible things we can improve. Those things matter. But what about the parts of ourselves that aren’t as easy to check off a list?
Maybe there’s something you know you’re good at, but you’ve never fully owned it.
Maybe there’s an idea you keep thinking about but haven’t acted on.
Maybe there’s a version of yourself you can see so clearly, but you’re still hesitant to step into her.
Or maybe, like me, you sometimes wonder: What do I have to say that would actually be valuable to someone else?
As we begin winding down this portion of the challenge, I want us to start looking into those quieter corners. The pieces of ourselves that haven’t been fully developed, expressed, or brought into the light yet.
I have a feeling that’s where some of the most interesting work is waiting for us.
And maybe that’s what September will be about. ✨
So tell me: Where are your cast shadows? What part of yourself is still waiting to be discovered, developed, or shared? And where do you want to focus as we head into September?
