Day 14 of the Reset: Celebrate the Wins ✨

Happy Day 14! We are officially making progress.

Two weeks in feels like the perfect time to check in. If you’ve been showing up consistently for the last 14 days, you should be able to find some evidence of progress. It doesn’t have to be dramatic. Small wins count.

And if you’re not seeing any movement? That’s okay, too. It might simply be time to revisit what you’re trying to accomplish, adjust your approach, and figure out what’s getting in the way.

Today, I’m choosing to celebrate the wins.

For me, there have been quite a few.

Fitness 💪
I’m feeling more toned and fit than I have in years. My fitness journey started long before this reset, but really amping things up in August has made a noticeable difference. I’ve also lost three pounds, which I’m incredibly happy about. As someone who knows how challenging weight loss can be, every pound feels like progress worth celebrating.

Finances 💰
I’ve continued adding to my investments and savings while also intentionally setting aside some money for a few things I’ve wanted to refresh. One of my goals wasn’t to stop spending entirely. It was to be more thoughtful about where my money was going.

Wardrobe + Home Refresh 🍂
Going into fall, I wanted to update a few areas that I’d been neglecting. I’ve added some new pieces to my wardrobe and finally purchased a few home items I’d been putting off. It feels good to make those updates while still staying aligned with my bigger financial goals.

The Great Declutter 🏡
This has probably been the biggest undertaking of the reset. I’ve gone through rooms, closets, drawers, clothes, and more things than I can count. It’s been a surprisingly cathartic process.

We’re officially in the home stretch, although I’m taking a short break while I have houseguests this weekend. Once they leave Sunday, I’m getting right back to it.

My new goal? Finish the majority of the decluttering by next week.

That would put me ahead of my original end-of-August timeline and give me some breathing room to shift more of my energy back toward fitness for the remainder of the month.

And that’s another lesson from these first two weeks: your priorities within the challenge can change.

You can push harder in one area, pull back in another, adjust a timeline, or completely rethink something that isn’t working. That’s not abandoning the challenge. That’s learning how to make it work for your actual life.

So today, go back through the goals you set 14 days ago.

Where have you made progress?
What are you proud of?
Where are you struggling?
What needs to change for the next two weeks?

We’ve made it 14 days. That’s worth celebrating.

Now here’s to the second half. ✨

And if there’s an area that isn’t working, this is your sign to address it, adjust it, and keep going.
