The Recommendation Room: Reset Season

Hello, friends!

It’s been a little while since I’ve shared here, and I’m excited to be back.

To be completely transparent, I needed some time to refocus, think long-term, and decide how I wanted to show up in this space. After reflecting, I realized the biggest way I can help is by sharing practical, everyday ideas that help us build a life we truly enjoy—creating better habits, finding more joy, and becoming the best versions of ourselves.

Starting today, I’m kicking off a 30-day reset. While I took August 1 to pause, reflect, and plan, this journey will carry us through the rest of the year as we build momentum into January. Sometimes the most important step isn’t jumping in—it’s giving yourself permission to pause, reflect, and create a plan before you do.

Before any reset, I believe there’s one essential first step: get crystal clear on what you want to improve. Whether it’s your health, mental wellness, finances, organization, relationships, or something completely different, your focus should be personal to you.

For me, I’ll be concentrating on four areas:

Health & Wellness – prioritizing movement, fitness, and feeling my strongest.
Beauty & Self-Care – creating simple routines that help me look and feel my best.
Home Organization – decluttering my space because a clear environment helps create a clear mind.
Financial Wellness – saving smarter, planning intentionally, and making decisions that support my future.

I’m intentionally keeping my focus to just these four areas. It’s easy to try to change everything at once, but lasting progress usually comes from consistent attention to a few meaningful priorities.

Over the coming weeks, I’ll be sharing what’s working, what I’m learning, and practical ideas you can use if you’re on a similar journey.

Now I’d love to hear from you…

What are you resetting during this season? What area of your life deserves a little more attention over the next few months?

Let’s encourage each other, grow together, and finish this year stronger than we started. 🤍
