As February continues to move along, the winter uglies are very real and I know I am not alone in feeling it. Lately, I have been focusing on a few simple swaps that help me feel a little more polished and put together.
One of my biggest priorities right now is my healthy hair journey. After years of heat and damage, I am working to bring my hair back to its natural strength and shine. One of the best tips I received was swapping traditional conditioner for a nourishing hair mask and it has made a noticeable difference. The one I have been loving is the Kérastase Première Masque Filler Réparateur Hair Mask, which leaves my hair feeling stronger, softer, and healthier. I have also been using the Wella Professionals Ultimate Repair Miracle Hair Rescue Leave In with AHA and Omega 9, which has truly been a game changer in helping repair, protect, and smooth my hair.
On the skin side, I added the VT Reedle Shot 100 into my routine and have been loving how it helps improve texture and overall glow, especially during these dry winter months.
And finally, I refreshed my workout wardrobe with a new set from Amazon that is both budget friendly and surprisingly high quality. The INGIA Womens V Neck Long Sleeve Cross Wrap Top Slim Fit Soft Knit Layering Shirt Casual Yoga Gym Bandage Tie Top has been one of my favorite recent finds and makes me feel put together even on casual days.
What are you doing to fight the winter uglies? Are there any products that are standing out for you right now that have been helping? I would love to hear.
