Time to Glow-up!

Ah, February, the month of love and romance. But what better way to celebrate than by turning that love inward and treating yourself to the beauty routines and rituals that help you feel like your best self?

During these glow up months, I like to focus on a few small, realistic upgrades each week. Things that are doable, within budget, and genuinely make a difference in how I feel. One thing I absolutely swear by is a haircut. There is something about a fresh cut that can instantly shift your mood and give you that clean slate feeling. To kick off February, I went in for my post holiday haircut, continuing to grow my hair longer into a healthy, fresh lob.

Another way I like to reset during this time is by refreshing my wardrobe. Even though it is still winter, February is a great moment to start thinking ahead to spring and summer. Many of us are planning warm weather getaways, and adding a few new pieces early can make everything feel more exciting. This time of year also tends to come with great sales and promotions that make refreshing your closet a little easier.

One tip I always come back to is focusing on transitional pieces. Items that work for spring and summer but can still be good for the colder months of February through April. I lean heavily on basics and activewear that support my everyday routine and help fill in any wardrobe gaps. Recently, I have been shopping at Saks, which has been running some great promotions, as well as Lululemon to refresh my athletic wear with lighter, spring ready colors like soft blues and creams that transition effortlessly into warmer months.

To round out the start of this February glow up, I placed my spring Sephora order, making sure I am stocked up on all the beauty essentials I will be reaching for as the season changes.

Here is to small resets, thoughtful upgrades, and feeling good in your own skin, one week at a time.
